Very strange. The mobile app rejects my log in details which are accepted on the computer. When I try to register the same log in on the app it says the account already exists. What am I doing wrong?

A few things you could try.
1. Are you using auto-prefill? Could you try manually entering login data?
2. Could you try resetting the app? Settings -> Reset App (this will discard app data)
3. Did you try, to uninstall and reinstall the app? (this will discard app data)
4. Update device software.

I've been having a similar problem when updating my passwords.
What seems to be the situation is that while the website login accepts paswwords with non-alphanumerics, that is ?, £, ! etc the mobile app doesn't. I resolved the problem by setting a new password which contains only alphanumerics and now both the website, via my PC, and the mobile app accept the password.
Very odd - I've never had this happen with any other apps …
