App won't load in Android

iRecord App

 

2. Issue Description (clearly explain the problem you’re experiencing) 

Launch app, but it only shows a white screen and doesn't load fully.

 

3. Expected Behaviour (what did you expect to happen instead)

I expect to be able to use the app to log in to my account

 

4. Steps to Reproduce (list the steps someone can follow to see the issue)

Same every time I try to open the app.  I restarted my phone, but got same result and then I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, with same results.
