App Won't Accept Certain E-mail Addresses for Registration

I tried to register via the app, but it rejected my e-mail address, whereas the website did not.

3. Expected behavior

That it would accept my e-mail address.

4. To Reproduce

As an administrator, you will know my e-mail address, so you can attempt registration using it.

The point is that I tried the app first and it wouldn't accept my e-mail address
