2. Describe the issue *
Records are uploaded from the app. We get notifications about them but they are not in the explore pages (even several days later) or in downloads. They are in the old my records report and can be seen and edited via irecord.org.uk/record-details?occurrence_id=12345678.
3. Expected behaviour
The records appear in explore pages and downloads.

Add record in app and upload.

Since two days ago.

We have tried adding new records, but they are still not showing in explore or downloads.

As above.
No records showing on database from those entered beyond approx. 16:30 12/05/2024. Also no records being shown from those entered via iRecord Butterflies app.

Thanks, iRecord support. I can see the records now, so all looks good again.
Irecord butterflies
IRecord Butterflies app and iRecord app not updating statistics on app or iRecord page from the 18th May after the app when down.
A technical issue which was causing a delay in the database (not related specifically to the app ) has been resolved. The system will start to catch up slowly and you should see your records soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.
