App not syncing

I’ve just started using iRecord. I’ve uploaded 2 records, both show on my laptop but only 1 shows on the app on my phone! What am I doing wrong please?!?!?!   Thanks!

Currently, the app functions as a one-way upload system, meaning it does not download records uploaded from other instances of the app. We are actively working on this issue, and the upcoming update, version 6.2.0, will enable users to view all their app records across all their devices.

I have problems logging on on the app but ok on the website. I done the forgot password but didn’t receive an email.
