I can't open the mobile iRecord app at the moment. I have an android google pixel 6a phone. When I click on it it the screen goes white as if its opening but then immediately closes. The app version I have last updated on April 26th and is version 6.0.5, it worked after the update but has now completely out the blue decided to stop.
I cannot delete and reinstall the app, I have had to do this before on my previous phone and I lost all my records, in this instance I have multiple draft records from a weekend of surveying, I did not record the information elsewhere so I need to ensure those records are not lost.
Please can I be advised of a resolution.
