I have the same problems and I'm wondering what to do. Should I delete the records and re-enter them, is there a "cleaner" that finds faulty records like this and corrects them, is there a hack I can use to trigger the addition of the vice county to an existing record? I've noticed the same issue with some other users recent records. What's the official advice for this situation.
If a record doesn't have a vice county does that mean the verifier will never see it?
