Uploading photos

When trying to attach a photo with my records i get a pop up box which says "irecord.org.uk says file extension error" does anyone know why this is?

All photos are sent from my Android phone to my email account and saved in folders

What's the file extension? Are you sure you saved the files with the correct extension for the image format?
