Is there any Support for Account problems

If there is a problem with our account, we need to have a way fo contacting an administrator, but I cannot find any such available other than this.

There are two ways to use iRecord:

1) Through the internet browser
2)  Through the Android App.

Bizarrely, I cannot sign into the Android App, despite being able to do so through the internet browser.   Failed to Fetch is the error message.

Perhaps you need to update the app. See this thread  - https://irecord.org.uk/forum/feedback-and-suggestions/mobile-applications-are-not-working-yet .

Thanks, I did just see that thread and did it, and yes, it works now... 

Update your apps, everyone.   Put the notice on the front page!

Apologies for the problems with log-ins following the update to the website. As described above, the app was updated a few days later to fix this, and in most cases the app should have updated itself automatically, but there may be circumstances in which this doesn't happen so if in doubt check the app stores for any updates.

When I tap on the app I get a blank page which then disappears a second later.

If I look what's open on my phone the blank page is there but if I click on the minimised page it enlarges and then minimises again. 

 It's rendered the app useless.

A message came up saying there may be a bug (amusing as I record invertebrates) so I clicked to report the issue but that was, I believe, around lunchtime today 24/05. 

Not sure whether to uninstall and start again or wait.
