Records not appearing in Activity

Hi - I have recently set up a new Activity for a Friends of Group however records I have entered are not showing up in the Activity area. I can't see what I have done wrong that is stopping them appearing. Can anyone help or give me a pointer as to what I may have done wrong?

Two possible reasons could be settings when the group was set up:

  1. There are settings that let you set a start or end date for the group - if you added one of those the time period might not have started or might have ended
  2. The default setting is that records have to be added via the activity form, so if this option was still ticked and you didn't add it via the form then they wouldn't show up.

If you checked directly after adding the records it could also be that it just takes a short while for the records to show up.
