How do I resubmit a record that has had the species corrected?
Do I need to change the identifier back to myself and then resubmit so that the expert can verify the corrected record?

Do I need to change the identifier back to myself and then resubmit so that the expert can verify the corrected record?
Short answer, assuming a verifier has corrected the species, you don't need to do anything else, it will then automatically become available for verification.
So for example if your ID of a species as Moth A was corrected to Moth B, then it will go back into the moth verifier's list so they will then verify it with the next batch. If it ends up being someone elses 'group', e.g. if you identified it as Moth A but it was a butterfly, then it will go to the butterfly verifier's list, at which point it might take longer if the second verifier doesn't verify records as often as the first one.
