I have just set up an activity for a training course I am running this year and have set it as private, membership by invitation only.
I have invited the first two members to join, but so far no emails have arrived at their addresses.
Am I missing something?

We had a similar problem when trying to set up an activity and decided to stick with the option for "Any iRecord user can request to join but an activity administrator must approve their membership". That seems to work better, as then you can send a link to those you want to join. Note that we did discover a bug with the app regarding pending memberships.

I think there needs to be better guidance on this subject.
So when I set the group up I chose the option of a closed group, membership by invite only. However, with that selection I am not able to send invites.
