How do I report Giant Hogweed?

Hi, I think I found a Giant Hogweed plant and the Gov website sent me here to report it but I'm not sure how to. 

I have photos but when I click the photo button above, nothing happens. (When I click the video or table buttons, a pop up appears so I'm assuming the photo button isn't working 🤷🏻‍♂️).

Any advice please?

Heracleum mantegazzianum.  Description of habitat, e.g. roadside.  Size of the flower heads. < 30cm is common hogweed, > 40 cm is Gian. Photo  of whole plant and some way of estimating dimensions.
