How do I contact the verifier who messaged me?

I need to edit a record to a recently changed name  but the site  isn't letting me.  How do I  ask the verifier about this?

This may be obvious and what you have been doing, but just in case.  To edit a record  

  • Find it in My Records
  • At the extreme right find two small notepad icons, the lower one with a pen.
  • Click on the lower one
  • It should open in the same view as Casual Entry.  All fields should be editable.  The name may need to be deleted ('X') and entered anew.  Its a while since I've done it.
  • Find and select  'Submit' at the bottom.
  • The edited record may take a while (less than 30min) to appear in My Records.

If the record is yours then you should be able to edit any part of the record yourself.  Not really something a Verifier should be doing as they have nothing to do with this part of things.
