Hi. I want to delete a record as the original identifier has revised their opinion of the species. The guide under the help section says there should be an edit button on the record but this is missing/not visible. Is there any alternative way to delete or modify the record?
For some reason, the record is not displayed on the My Records section of the site but does appear, under my name, when I do a general search for records of the species. The record has a note which says "entered by a user who was not logged in". Presumably this is related to one of the reasons why I'm not getting an option to edit?
Yes, you can only edit or delete a record which you entered whilst logged in to your account. If you email irecord@ceh.ac.uk with the record details then we can delete or modify for you as required.
