When you are exploring records make sure you are looking at all records. Doing this has just brought up the relevant record.

I have brought up the relevant record and tried to amend it. I have tried by clicking on the amend icon and also on the view icon and clicking edit record. Both ways are still coming up with 4309526 not 430925.
