Can you give us an example, because I'm not sure I understand the question?
Once a record has been submitted, it should always appear on your My Records screen if "All records" is selected on the filter - where is it not appearing?
Are you records being questioned by a person or could it just be a standard message? For some groups when you submit a record there is an automated message from the record cleaner, something like "outside known range" or "outside normal flight period". These are just automated messages so if this is what you mean they don't take into account any photos etc and can just be ignored as the records will be verified by a person who will look at the record details and verify based on that, not the automated messages.
