Records not showing

I entered some records yesterday, but they're still not showing.  However they are there if I go to the old website.

So the records are there on the old version of 'My records', but not the new version...and the records are not coming through for verification either (I verify my own records for certain things).

As ever, it's good to know it's not an issue my end! Hopefully it'll be resolved soon.

This issue has now been fixed, though it will take a little while for everything to catch up. There should be no side effects other than a delay on when records are available for reporting and a delay on sending notifications. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Items entered yesterday are not showing, i have just tried to refer to my records and none of my records are showing. It is saying I have no records. So it is not sorted on my account.
