In general records on iRecord are viewable to anyone with an iRecord account, at the resolution entered. So if you add a rare plant at a grid reference with 8 figures, someone else could in theory find it to 10m accuracy. Occasionally this might be a problem if you are worried a rare orchid or a badger sett might be distubed, but you still want the verifier to have the details, so there is the option to still add it accurrately but to blur the resolution, so for example it only shows up as a 10km square. In that case it will have that red exclamation mark to show that the exact details are withheld from public view.
