If I add more than one observer to a list of plant records and upload them via the BSBI Vascular Plant page it seems to cause problems. If I download them, or look at them for Verification (I am joint BSBI recorder for VC40) then it only shows the last name as the observer.

I'm told that the multple plant recorder names do get transferred across to the BSBI Distribution Database, so they should be available to you there. Ideally we would like to make them more available within iRecord as well, and that is now on our wishlist.
Hi John, at the moment I don't think we have any options for this, the situation is as you describe: you can add multiple recorders when inputting the records but only one recorder is shown in the outputs. We will review this and see if there are better ways to handle this.
