Apologies if this has been announced somewhere and I haven't seen it, but the long-requested ability to filter records by record precision, allowing us to filter out records at 10km (or even 100km!) precision etc is now available.
When you create a filter, go to Quality, then there are lots of options but at the bottom is co-ordinate precision. You can pick "same as or better than", "worse than" or "equal to" and then from 1km, 2km, 10km, 100km.

Yes, I agree it's a big improvement. Much easier to use and clearer choices for the other Quality criteria.
