If they are your own records then the easiest way is to do a download and then sort them using Excel. However, you can set up a filter to deliver records inside a polygon that you can draw on the map. I do that for various reserves. The problem here is any larger patch that overlaps that will add it's records so you still end up doing a manual edit. If you try it with 'All Records' you will get records entered at 100km precision
