The local moth verification assistant for my county on iRecord has in the past couple of days reviewed a batch of my records, resulting in over 300 notifications. Most of the records have been accepted but there are a number of records of rarer or hard to identify species where he has requested additional information. Because of the large number I was working slowly through them and had not 'acknowledged' the notifications in order to keep them visible. I was therefore somewhat frustrated to turn on my computer this morning to find that there are no notifications listed for my account which means I will have to laboriously go through all the records to find the ones with queries. It would be helpful if your software could be amended such that all notifications remain open until the recorder closes them in order to avoid this situation arising in future.
