I changed phones and downloaded irecord again, as you do. For some reason, despite logging into an existing account, it has switched my name around, so it now shows as Firstname Lastname, where before it was Lastname, Firstname. I notice several other users posting in our activity with a similar issue. It knows from the Indicia User ID that they are one and the same person. Seems like a fixable issue, but maybe I am wrong?
