When someone posts a reply in the Forum all other contributors need to be informed. Currently they have to log in and check if there has been any update. Most threads start as genuine requests for help, and the replies are trying to supply solutions.
Looking at a recent thread in how to handle bat recordings, it has taken a week or so to get a response and it could be a month or more before the original person sees it.

Thank you for making this suggestion, we have now configured this so that you will receive a notification if someone replies to a forum post that you have either created or previously replied to. I hope that this helps you in making use of the forum.
