I know I've reported this before - probably several years ago, but there are so many feeback records I can't find it. However the problem(s) still exist, with no solution.
When selecting records for download, the results are not correct. There are probably many types of error, but these are 2 examples.
- when selecting My Records, and setting a filter on a site name, some records are missing from that list. But they are clearly visible when simply browsing the records without a filter. The sites names in the records tthat have been ignored in the filter selection are identical to the ones in the full list, so it's clearly a system error.
- . when looking at My Records via a list of site names, selecting a site and then selecting "explore", the list inciuded (what I riskily assume are) the records for that site, but it also included 2 records from another site with a completely different name. So the conclusion is that record selection is very unreliable. I was hoping to download records to send to various organisations, including Natural England, so I have a problem.

With something like this I think your best bet it to email the iRecord team directly, if possible including details so that they can try to replicate the issue (i.e. what you searched for plus record numbers for records that were excluded or where unexpectedly included) as some things on the forum get missed or not answered for a while.
