Looks like the taxon Mesapamea secalis is associated with the vernacular name Remm's Rustic. The usual vernacular for M. secalis is Common Rustic. Remm's Rustic used to refer to M. remmi although I believe is now regarded as a hybrid between M. secalis and M. didyma.
An example here - https://irecord.org.uk/record-details?occurrence_id=20962872
In case it helps the two examples I have found are ones where the vernacular name refers to a taxon that is no longer considered valid, so it may be something about how the database has remapped those taxa (which presumably used to exist on here) onto currently valid taxa. Although that's speculating from two data points so I could easily be wrong.
