The addition of vice county to records only seems to be working sporadically. As a result not all records will appear in the verifiers grid. For example, 16 of my 19 records for 29th June don’t have a vice county. Example 26093956.

Just to add an update. As I said in my previous post, checking 'All records' for my most recent 18 uploads, I could only find two. However, when I set a filter in 'All records' for 'Who' and my name, all the recent records were there. One has just been verified, so the records are in the system, even though they might not appear to be!
Missing vice county dtails
Hi, I have just done an aerial search for Worcestershire rather than using Vice county filters and found 77 records with no Vice county name and therefore not available to me to verify.
Most of these are BirdTrack in origin, is this a new BTO related issue I wonder?

Missing records- unattributed to a vice county
Something must have happened yesterday (05 Oct 2022), as a whole batch of old 'NO Vice County records' appeared for verification. That clears the hidden records for Worcestershire.
I don't know if this is a related problem. A few days ago I uploaded 18 records. All 18 appear in 'My records' but at present only two appear in 'All records'. I know there's a time lag between uploading records and their appearance in 'All records', but three days seems a bit long. Hopefully, they will appear there soon so verifiers can be notified. Maybe with so many records coming in, there's a longer delay between one part of the system and another?
