Current glitch?

Is there an issue with the data entry system today that anyone is aware of? Have seemingly 'lost' about 3.5 hrs worth of data entry and unable to edit records that did go through prior to that.

Getting this error message:

  • The data could not be saved.
  • Validation errors occurred when this form was submitted to the server. The form configuration may be incorrect as it appears the controls associated with these messages are missing from the form.<ul><li>The value is required.<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp; (related to attribute )</li></ul>
